The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to parties living in all countries or regions using or purchasing items from www.cashmerephilia.com ( hereinafter “the Site”) , a website administered by Cashmerephilia Company Limited ( hereinafter "the Company” ). While using or purchasing items from the Site, you are considered to be in agreement to the terms and conditions of this document, so you should understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before using the Site.
For a first-time order, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Company requires you to accurately provide your name, email address, telephone number and address information before ordering and then receive a notification of your ID and password from the Company (member registration).
Please take care to prevent discovery and misuse of your member ID and password by a third party. You are considered to have agreed to bear responsibility for all actions taken using your ID and password. In the event that an order could not be delivered even though it was sent to the shipping address you specified, the Company will bear no responsibility. If you would like to have the order re-shipped, then you should pay the actual, full price of the shipping costs, etc.
Even though an item was listed as being in stock, was successfully added to the shopping bag, and the payment has been settled, stock may no longer be available by the time of shipment and purchase of the item may not be possible. In the event that one or more items ordered as part of an order is/are out of stock, the equivalent cost of the out-of-stock item(s) will be deducted from the settlement amount or will be refunded, and the order ( without the out-of-stock item(s) ) will be shipped without prior notification. The contract between you and the Company is considered to be fulfilled when the Company ships the in-stock items you ordered to you. The sending of an Order Confirmation email by the Company is for the purpose of confirming the contents of your application to enter into a contract with the Company, and does not mean that the Company has approved your application to enter into said contract. Additionally, even if the item comes into stock after the order has been shipped, the Company is unable to ship the item as a supplement to your previous order. Please make a new order for the item.
Order contents (such as size, color or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been submitted.
Although the Company strives to ship your order within 14 to 21 days from the day it was placed, depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed.
You should investigate the rules and regulations regarding importing into your country, including goods restricted for import, before placing an order. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not allowed for import into your country or is subject to tax due to its high value, the Company cannot accept responsibility for the item. The Company cannot provide you any refunds or exchanges for the item or the cost of delivery or the tax due.
The Company reserves the rights to combine multiple orders from the same customer, and ship them together as one unit. Even in the event that this results in shipping and handling fees being levied multiple times, the Company will not refund them.
Orders to China ( including Hong Kong and Macau ) and Taiwan will be sent by SF Express, and orders to regions other than China and Taiwan will be sent by Royale International Courier. However, other courier services may also be used. No matter the country or region, the customer may not choose the shipping service. In case that the courier does not provide delivery service to the region of your address, an email will be sent to you to notify you so that you may change the address of delivery, however, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and handling charges are set based on the total amount or weight of the ordered merchandise, and those charges include the local or international courier postage, insurance fees, handling charge, etc. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise.
Orders containing heavy items are charged an extra shipping charge on top of the price and normal shipping charge of the merchandise. This charge is based on the courier shipping charge for heavy parcel.
In the event that you refuse to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to the Company after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, the cost of returning the item to the Company will be deducted from the cost of the items when making the refund. Furthermore, if the cost of returning the item to the Company is more than the value of the items, you must pay that difference to the Company.
The amount charged to you will be the total sum of the price of the merchandise plus the shipping and handling charges.
The Company accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, China Union Pay (CUP) and AliPay. For more details regarding payment, please contact directly your credit card or debit card company.
In the event of a credit card order, please use a credit card which is in your own name. If you use a credit card which is not in your name, the Company may refuse your order(s) without prior notice.
For both of the English and Chinese versions of the web site, the display and settlement currency are USD. For the Chinese version of the web site, a RMB reference price may be shown, but because of the fluctuation of exchange rate, this amount is only an approximation and only for reference, which may have big difference from the actual amount paid by the customer. Anyway, no matter what is the display currency and no matter what is the payment method, all merchandise settlements will be made in USD. In case a currency exchange is needed, the Company reserves the rights to set the currency exchange rate.
For online payment gateway, we are using PayDollar, which is a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified By VISA, MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.
For delivery in Hong Kong, we may accept Cash On Delivery, but the Company reserves the rights to set the currency exchange rate.
Orders may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, and/or delivery fees in some countries or regions. In this case, you (or the recipient if the merchandise is shipped to someone other than you) should be responsible for the payment of any such taxes or fees.
In the event that the delivery of an order is delayed due to complications or processing at customs, the Company bears no responsibility for this situation.
All products displayed on the Site may be available in all official retailers of Cashmerephilia products.
While Cashmerephilia has strived to accurately display shapes and colours of the products, the actual colours you see mostly depend on your monitor and may be not accurate. Also, the pattern of the products may vary from size to size and does not necessarily be the same as the pattern displayed on this Site.
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange of merchandise, you must contact the Company with information regarding the items you wish to return and/or exchange within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of receipt of shipment, whichever is longer, by e-mail. After contact, the Company will only accept return and/or exchange of items that the Company has confirmed for return and/or exchange. ( Please ship the confirmed return and/or exchange items back to the Company within 7 days after the confirmation of the return and/or exchange. ) The Company will not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if you contact the Company after 30 days of purchase or 14 days of receipt of shipment, or return the merchandise to the Company without prior notice.

1.In the case of “Circumstances Arising with the Company”[(1) - (3) as follows]
(1) The merchandise is different from what you ordered (wrong shipment).
(2) The merchandise is defective.
(3) The merchandise is damaged.
The Company will reimburse you for shipping costs incurred. In the event of a return of set merchandise (such as a twinset), please include all items in the set in the condition that was delivered when making the return. If even 1 item (or, an included item or accessory) is missing from the set, the Company will not be able to process your return.
2.In the case of “At the Convenience of the Customer”
If you are not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the color or print, the size does not fit, etc.), you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The Company does not accept returns in the following cases:
(1) You have not informed the Company about the return within 14 days after the receipt of the merchandise or 30 days of purchase, whichever is longer.
(2) Merchandise has been used or worn.
(3) Merchandise has been adjusted or cleaned.
(4) Merchandise has been soiled or damaged.
(5) The hangtag of the merchandise is removed.
(6) The shape of the merchandise has been changed by the trial fitting ( for example, a stretched neck line or cuffs)
(7) Sale items.

3.In the case of “Circumstances Arising with the Company [(1) - (3) as follows]
(1) The merchandise is different from what you ordered (wrong shipment).
(2) The merchandise is defective.
(3) The merchandise is damaged.
The Company will reimburse you for shipping costs incurred. Please inform the Company in advance if you wish to make an exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged is/are out of stock or has/have been discontinued, you will be given a full refund for the merchandise.
4.In the case of “At the Convenience of the Customer”
If you wish to make an item exchange for any reason (change to a different size, color, or pattern, or exchange unwanted item(s) to other products), then please return the unwanted item(s), and make a new order for your desired goods. Regarding returns, please follow the procedure outlined in “2.” above.
5.For return/ exchange in both cases of “Circumstances Arising with Cashmerephilia” and “At the Convenience of the Customer”
The Company will not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if you contact the Company after 30 days of purchase or 14 days of receipt of shipment, or return the merchandise to the Company without prior notice.
Merchandise must be returned / exchanged with the printed copy of the email of confirmation of the return/ exchange sent by the Company, by SF Express ( for China and Taiwan ) or Royale International Courier Service ( for other regions ). The customer must pay in advance for the shipping charges. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Please note that if the return is made through any method other than SF- Express and Royale International, it will not be accepted, and you will not receive a refund and /or exchange for the merchandise.
You should immediately log into the Site and amend your personal details if there is any changes in the information you registered with the Company, such as name and address details.
The Company has the right to cancel your registration at any time if you perform any of the following: ( If your account is deleted, your points are considered to become completely invalid and will not be compensated for. )
(1) You do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
(2) You have been a nuisance or caused interference or damage to other customers or the Company, or committed any fraudulent acts.
(3) You have not placed an order with the Company for over one year.
(4) Any other circumstances in which the Company determines that you should be disqualified.
The Company may suspend the mail-order service if an unavoidable situation arises. In this case, the purchase contract already in effect will continue to apply under the Terms and Conditions.
With respect to use of the Site, HKSAR law is considered to apply in full, and any problems that may arise between you and the Company will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong under relevant HKSAR law.
The Company will not use the information you registered for any purposes other than the sale and marketing of merchandise, and provision of necessary information to subcontractors and courier companies. If you request deletion or change of any part of such information, the Company will immediately comply with the request.
The Company reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions as necessary. Even if a part of the Terms and Conditions is deemed to be improper or invalid, the Terms and Conditions are still severable, and there will be no effect on the efficacy of other parts of the Terms and Conditions.
